Alpacas

Alpacas are New World camelids and look like modest llamas or as far back as anyone can remember- necked camels with no protuberances, specifically when in the no so distant past sheared. They have shaggy necks and camel- like countenances with thick lips, proclaimed noses, and long ears. Their imposing, expressive eyes appear to show both insightfulness and virtuous curiousity. Effortlessly tamed, alpacas are amicable, delicate and inquisitive.

Alpacas were traded from Peru in the mid- 1980s and have ended up being a chief domesticated animals in North America and abroad. In the United States, the national Alpaca Registry (ARI) was shaped to guarantee breed virtue and exclusive requirements. Importation from South America is presently shut.
